Oil and gas group President Energy has declared itself pleased with operational progress in Paraguay, but things have been moving more slowly than hoped in Argentina, though the company ascribed this to prudence rather than technical issues, where the results of the pressure tests at the Argentinian concession have given the company increased confidence of a successful outcome.
