(Sharecast News) - WPP has acquired full ownership of Y&R and Wunderman joint venture agency assets across south east Asia and Taiwan, it announced on Tuesday, as well as Dentsu Sudler & Hennessey in Japan, following a share swap transaction with Dentsu Inc.
