(Sharecast News) - Russia-focused Amur Minerals on Tuesday said it had issued 3,543,960 new ordinary shares of no par value of the company to Cuart Investments PCC Ltd and YA II PN Ltd in settlement of $163,589 of principal and accrued interest.
