(Sharecast News) - Advent International's Shonnel Malani, who has overseen the dismemberment of Cobham since its purchase in 2019 for £4bn, is preparing the sale of the last bits of the company over the next year or two. Any sale would come amid heightened geopolitical tensions, resulting in a premium for defence assets.
