(Sharecast News) - Ocean Wilsons announced on Monday that its subsidiary OW Overseas Investments has agreed to sell its 56.47% stake in Brazilian port operator Wilson Sons to SAS Shipping Agencies Services, a subsidiary of MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company.
