(Sharecast News) - Equals Group updated the market on its ongoing strategic review on Wednesday, announcing that it had received a further improved, non-binding proposal from the consortium comprising Embedded Finance (Railsr), TowerBrook Capital Partners, and JC Flowers for an all-cash offer.
