Porvair's purchase boosts forecasts
Filtration specialist Porvair said its 2008 purchase of Seal Analytical would help it hit full-year profit forecasts this year, and said its near-term order book was 'encouraging'.
Porvair (up 9½p at 56½p) also forecast it would exceed its cash generation expectations for the year.
The firm's microfiltration division, which serves the aviation, energy, clean water and industrial markets, continued to trade as expected, it said.
