Cruise liner shares hit by world crises
The cruise giant Carnival has warned that it underestimated the full impact on demand of conflicts in the Middle East and North Africa and the earthquake and nuclear crisis in Japan. The group, which operates P&O Cruises and Princess Cruises, said the disasters would cost it an extra 15 cents (9p) per share.
