Dealings in shares of the enlarged company were due to begin trading today after it raised £300,000 through a share subscription to fund the growth of the acquired businesses.

Feedback became an investing shell company last year after off-loading its previous operating businesses to pay off debts following losses at its education arm.

It recently agreed to pay £473,900 for CCI and TexRAD.

CCI was formed in 2001 by former employees of the radiology department at Papworth Hospital, while cancer specialist TexRAD was spun out from the University of Sussex in 2011.

Feedback’s chief executive Nick Shepheard said: “Aided by the enlarged group’s balance sheet and access to public markets via an Aim listing, we look forward to building on their successes to date.”
