THE chief executive and co-founder of healthcare revenue monitoring software company Craneware has bought more than £79,000 of shares.

Keith Neilson is said to have purchased the 15,750 shares, for 502.5p each, for his pension scheme.

The investment takes Mr Neilson's interest in the business to more than 3.5 million shares.

This is equivalent to 13.1 per cent of the issued share capital.

The stock in Edinburgh based Craneware was sold by Matrix Alpha Analytics.
