WOOD Group non-executive director Jann Brown has bought almost £10,000 of shares in the oil services company.
According to a stock market announcement Ms Brown, formerly the finance director at Cairn Energy, made the share purchase in lieu of her non-executive director's fees.
On the Wood Group board, which she joined in April this year, she is chair of the audit committee as well as a member of the nomination committee.
The purchase involved 1,578 shares at a price of £6.14 per share.
