Elementis appoints new CEO

(Sharecast News) - Elementis said it had appointed Luc van Ravenstein as chief executive officer of the specialty chemicals company, succeeding Paul Waterman.


Van Ravenstein has been with the company for 13 years and led its Performance Specialties segment - previously Coatings - for seven years. He will join the board on April 29.
