Director/PDMR Shareholding

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 28 March 2023, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chairman of the Company, purchased 70,000 Ordinary Shares at a volume weighted average price of £0.358 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has a resulting notifiable interest in 29,186,046 Ordinary Shares.
