Changes in Board Composition

Cel AI (LSE: CLAI), a UK-based company that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to deliver the future of personalised beauty, with tailored beauty advice and product recommendations in addition to its breakthrough skincare formulations powered by CBG, is pleased to announce that Timothy Le Druillenec has been appointed as Executive Director. The appointment will take effect immediately.

Timothy Le Druillenec is a qualified Accountant and has acted as a director and company secretary to a number of public and private companies over many years and held main board positions on several Main Market, AIM, PLUS and Aquis companies.  He has been involved with launching several companies on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in the cinema, home shopping, property, esports and crypto sectors.  He is currently a Director of Phoenix Digital Assets Plc as well as some private companies.
