Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG), a leader in developing, manufacturing and commercialising products for the international self-care market, announces that the conditions to achieve completion of its acquisition of PharmaSource BV as previously announced on 19^th December 2019 have now been met and the Completion has taken place today.
