As at 31^st March 2020, JPMorgan Global Growth & Income plc's capital consists of 154,905,500 Ordinary 5 pence shares each. The Company holds 15,374,215 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 31^st March 2020 the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan Global Growth & Income plc is 139,531,285.

The above figure (139,531,285) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPMorgan Global Growth & Income plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
