The Board announces that Aurora Investment Trust plc (the "Company") has contracted to issue from its block listing facility on 2 April 2020 592,489 new ordinary shares of 25 pence at a price of £1.4233 per share. |

Following this issue the Company's issued share capital consists of 69,992,613 ordinary shares and the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 69,992,613. |

The above figure 69,992,613 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
