Director and PCA Dealings

The Company announces that Phil Holder and his wife Hiliary Holder have transferred 119,000 ordinary shares and 111,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in Fulcrum ("Ordinary Shares") respectively from their personal holdings into their ISAs. The transfers were effected through a sale of these shares and subsequent repurchase into their ISAs at a price of 16.75p per share.

Following these dealings, Phil Holder's beneficial interest, which includes those shares held by Hiliary Holder, remains unchanged.

These range from the design, installation or alteration of utility services for single site properties to large complex multi-site projects. Through its subsidiaries, Fulcrum Pipelines Limited and Fulcrum Electricity Assets Limited, Fulcrum is also licensed as an Independent Gas Transporter and Independent Distribution Network Operator, owning and operating gas and electrical assets that connect properties to the main UK gas and electricity networks. Fulcrum is also a meter asset manager, owning and operating meter assets across mainland UK.
