Dear Sir,

This is in continuation of our earlier intimation dated June 27, 2020 wherein we had intimated that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is rescheduled and will be held on Wednesday, the 8^thday of July, 2020, to inter-alia consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter (Q4) and Financial Year ended March 31, 2020 along with Auditor's Report.

In this regard, we would like to inform you that in view of the relaxation granted vide SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/106 dated June 24, 2020, allowing submission of financial results for the quarter/half year/financial year ending 31^stMarch 2020 due to the continuing impact of the CoVID-19 pandemic, upto July 31, 2020, the above said Board Meeting of the Company stands cancelled.

Accordingly, the Company shall intimate the rescheduled date of Board meeting to inter-alia consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter (Q4) and Financial Year ended March 31, 2020 along with Auditor's Report, in due course of time.
