New Acting General Director of JSC "Yantarenergo"

03 August 2020. Moscow, Russia. - PJSC "Rosseti" (LSE:RSTI) (hereinafter - the Company), the largest Russian company in the electricity transmission and distribution sector, reports that Andrey Epifanov was appointed Acting General Director of Joint Stock Company "Yantarenergo" (hereinafter - the Subsidiary) on August 1, 2020. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors of the subsidiary at its meeting on July 31, 2020.

Andrey Epifanov has considerable experience in the industry since 1993, including work as Deputy Chief Engineer of PJSC "FGC UES" from 2016 to 2017, General Director of MES of East - branch of PJSC "FGC UES" from 2017 to 2019, General Director and First Deputy General Director of the subsidiary of PJSC "FGC UES" - JSC " R&D Center FGC UES" from 2019 to the present time.
