Schroder Asian Total Return Investment Company plc (the "Company") announces that as at Friday 30 July 2021 its issued share capital consists of 107,519,651 ordinary shares of 5p each, the total number of shares in treasury is 0 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 107,519,651.

The above figure of 107,519,651 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
