LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Photo-me International revealed on Monday that chief executive Serge Crasnianski had upped his stake in the London-listed photobooth operator by 2.5m ordinary shares by virtue of his interest in Tibergest.
Crasnianski, the ultimate beneficiary of Tibergest, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 53.0p each, for a total value of £1.32m.

The group's CEO now has an interest in 26.48% of its issued share capital.

This time last year, Photo-me said it had continued to make strategic and operational progress in line with its strategy to diversify its range of products and services.

As of 1630 BST, Photo-me shares were down 3.50% at 50.99p.
