(Sharecast News) - Tavistock Investments announced a strategic overhaul of its business on Thursday, alongside the acquisition of a majority stake in Lifetime Financial Management, as it looked to target what it described as the "neglected 91%" of UK consumers lacking access to financial advice.

(Sharecast News) - Financial services firm Tavistock Investments revealed on Friday that it has acquired London and Bath-based asset manager Alpha Beta Partners in a deal worth up to £18.0m.

(Sharecast News) - Tavistock Investments announced the proposed sale of two of its subsidiary businesses, Tavistock Partners Limited (TPL) and Tavistock Estate Planning Services Limited (TEPS), to the Saltus Partnership Holdings on Tuesday, for up to £37.75m.
