Real Estate Investors achieves over £11m in year-to-date sales

(Sharecast News) - Real Estate Investors said in an update on Wednesday that it has achieved £11.3m in sales so far this year, reduced debt to £34.9m, and has a further £68.4m of assets earmarked for disposal over the next 12 months as part of its three-year sales programme.

(Sharecast News) - Midlands-focussed real estate investment trust Real Estate Investors said on Monday that it was "pleased" with its year-to-date performance and that it remains on track with its strategy to make targeted sales to private investors and special purchasers during 2024, repaying debt with the proceeds.
