LONDON (ShareCast) - South American gold producer Orosur Mining has beefed up its board with three new directors.
It has named John Walmsley, who has 30 years of experience in the oil and gas markets and was Chief Executive of Hardy Oil and Gas in the mid 1990s, as Chairman.
Max Oemick and Sergey Kuznetsov have both joined as Non-Executive Directors.
The company has also named Gustavo Licandro as interim Chief Financial Officer.
Rafael Vergara who has been interim Chairman since May has resigned to concentrate on his law firm.
Shares in Orosur Mining were unchanged at 7.25p at 13:00 on Friday.
