LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Essential components manufacturer Essentra said on Tuesday that chief executive Paul Forman stood down from the role on 31 December.
Forman has been replaced by Scott Fawcett, who took up the role on 1 January.
As of 0850 GMT, Essentra shares were down 0.42% at 235.50p.
