(Sharecast News) - Globalworth Real Estate reported "healthy" leasing activity in its first half on Monday, with 115,500 square metres of commercial space taken-up or extended, at an average weighted average lease length of 3.2 years.

(Sharecast News) - Central and eastern Europe-focussed office property investor Globalworth Real Estate Investments has entered into a new €200m £172.27m) unsecured revolving credit facility with a syndicate of its relationship banks and selected new lenders, it announced on Friday.
