(Sharecast News) - Union Jack Oil said on Wednesday that testing at its Sark well in central Oklahoma failed to produce commercial hydrocarbons despite evidence of a valid structural closure.

(Sharecast News) - Hydrocarbon development and exploration company Union Jack Oil said on Friday that it has been informed by the operator of its Sark well that it has now been spudded.

(Sharecast News) - Union Jack Oil announced the signing of a farm-in agreement with Reach Oil and Gas on Wednesday, to acquire a 60% working interest in the Sark drilling project in central Oklahoma, as it continued to build momentum in the US onshore oil market.
