(Sharecast News) - Mitie said on Thursday that it has bought Forest, a specialist engineering business delivering critical refrigeration maintenance services, for up to £7m in cash, as it hailed record contract awards in the first half.

Berenberg raises target price on Mitie

(Sharecast News) - Analysts at Berenberg raised their target price on facilities manager Mitie Group from 175p to 185p on Wednesday following the group's interim trading update, in which it confirmed continued strong trading momentum in the first half of FY26.
