LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Rathbone Brothers revealed on Thursday that non-executive director Dharmash Mistry had acquired 2,500 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed wealth manager.
Mistry, who joined the board of Rathbone in September, purchased the shares at an average price of 1,942.80p each, for a total value of £48,570.

Also on Thursday, Rathbone reported a rise in funds under management and administration over the first nine months of 2021, with positive net organic inflows in the third quarter.

As of 1630 BST, Rathbone shares were up 2.33% at 1,952.0p.
