(Sharecast News) - Tullow Oil announced the appointment of Roald Goethe as its independent non-executive chair on Monday, replacing Phuthuma Nhleko, who stepped down with immediate effect to pursue other business interests.

Tullow Oil shares tank on refinancing, output update

(Sharecast News) - Tullow Oil has said it is engaging in refinancing talks in an attempt to put the business on a "long-term sustainable financial footing", as it revealed that full-year output would be at the low end of guidance and production would fall further next year.
