LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Clear Leisure updated the market on its appeal in the ongoing litigation over Mediapolis on Wednesday.
The AIM-traded company had announced a second appeal on 18 October against the result of the Mediapolis land auction, and the decision of the auctioneer to reject its request to have the land assigned to the company.
A first hearing by the Court of Ivrea had been scheduled for 20 November.
"The date of the result of the hearing has not yet been set," Clear Leisure said on Wednesday.
"The company will issue further updates in due course."
