(Sharecast News) - Precious metals miner Fresnillo has agreed to acquire Canadian exploration company Probe for approximately CAD $780m (£424m) in an all-cash deal.

(Sharecast News) - Precious metals miner Fresnillo has reiterated its full-year production guidance after trading in line with expectations in the third quarter, but said gold output was trending towards the upper end of its target range.

(Sharecast News) - Analysts at Canaccord Genuity raised their target price on mining firm Fresnillo from 980p to 2,440p on Friday after running its second revised fourth quarter precious metals price deck through its model on the stock to see where its forecasts landed in the years ahead.
