LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Kromek Group revealed on Monday that chairman Rakesh Sharma had purchased 94,339 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed detection technology company.
Sharma, who joined the group in October 2020, acquired the shares at an average price of 15.90p each, for a total value of £1.49m.

Following the purchase, Sharma has an interest in 469,195 ordinary Kromek shares, representing 0.11% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1625 BST, Kromek shares were down 0.31% at 16.05p.
