LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Breedon Group revealed on Thursday that chairman Amit Bhatia had purchased 1.5m ordinary shares in the London-listed construction materials firm via his interest in Abicad Holding Limited.
Abicad purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 385.0p each, with a total value of approximately £5.77m.

As of 1550 BST, Breedon shares were down 0.13% at 389.50p.
