Arc Minerals upbeat on Zambian ruling

(Sharecast News) - Arc Minerals said in an update on Friday that a judge at the Zambian High Court in Lusaka had ruled that a March 2022 consent judgment closed the court record and left the court without jurisdiction to hear further applications, bolstering its defence against what it described as "spurious and vexatious" claims from a former director.

(Sharecast News) - Arc Minerals announced on Friday that it entered into a binding settlement agreement with Avanti Gold Corporation and Regency Mining over a long-standing $1.25m receivable related to the 2022 sale of Casa Mining, which owns a majority stake in the Misisi gold project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
