LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - DotDigital reported strong growth in both revenues and profits from its last trading year as a result of the marketing outfit's organic growth strategy.
DotDigital increased revenues 35% to £43.1m in the twelve months ended 30 June, helping operating profits move ahead 22% to £10m and EBITDA grow 21% to £12.5m.
Recurring revenues increased 41% driven by enhanced product functionality and a 26% uptick in new customers to 689.
DotDigital added new clients across the globe, with European revenues growing 11% to £27.3m, US revenues shooting up 43% to $7.1m, while in Australia and the Pacific, revenues rocketed 85% to A$2.1m due to relationships with channel partners and increased direct sales client conversion rates.
Chief executive Milan Patel, said: "We have continued to deliver on our three strategic pillars, expanding our geographic footprint and increasing our addressable market through integrations built into our strategic partnerships."
"We remain focused on delivering against our strategy and are confident for the year ahead."
As of 0900 BST, DotDigital shares had climbed 4.76% to 88p.
