LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Software-as-a-Service provider DotDigital saw revenues and adjusted underlying earnings grow in the year ended 30 June after making "notable progress" in selling its integrated omnichannel messaging services.
In a trading update ahead of its results for the year to the end of June, the company said group revenues grew 19% to £51.3m, while organic revenue from continuing operations increased 15% to £42.5m.
Average revenue per user continued its upward trend, improving 14% to £966 per month.
DotDigital said it expects adjusted EBITDA and operating profits from continued operations to be "slightly ahead" of market expectations, with momentum continuing into its new financial year.
The AIM-listed group also noted that with the high level of contracted recurring revenues in its core business, rising to 86% from the 85% reported a year earlier, it is "confident" in its expectations for 2020.
Chief executive Milan Patel said: "The proven value of our platform, combined with high levels of recurring revenue means I enter the new year with high degree of confidence."
At 0945 BST, DotDigital shares were up 3.38% to 101p.
