LONDON (ShareCast) - In a quiet day for deals, chief financial officer of Wandisco, Paul Harrison, has sold 68,463 of the 138,784 shares which he received following their exercise.
The disposal was made to fund the tax liability resulting from the exercise of options. The shares were sold at 401p per share.

Harrison now has an interest in 368,468 Wandisco shares, equal to 1.3% of Wandisco's total share capital.

Shares declined 2.44% to 400p on Thursday.
