Issuance of Shares and Total Voting Rights

Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) plc (AIM: MAB1), a leading technology-driven UK mortgage network and broker, announces that on 22 December 2025, the Company issued 65,042 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")("Option Shares") following the exercise of share options awarded under the 2014 Mortgage Advice Bureau Executive Option Plan ("2014 Plan").

The Option Shares have been issued from the Block Listing originally admitted on 3 April 2019 for the purposes of satisfying exercises under the 2014 Plan.

Following the issuance of the Option Shares the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 58,021,831 Ordinary Shares. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
