(Sharecast News) - Regional REIT announced the sale of Bedford's Clearblue Innovation Centre for £8.8m on Thursday, achieving an 11.4% premium to its 30 June book value as part of its ongoing strategy to strengthen its balance sheet.

(Sharecast News) - Regional REIT reported a resilient performance in the first half of 2025 on Tuesday, with stable income and progress on refinancing and disposals offsetting weaker headline earnings from lease breaks and a softer investment market.

Regional REIT makes 15 leasing transactions
