LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Access Intelligence revealed on Tuesday that former chairman Michael Jackson had disposed of 500,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed software-as-a-service firm.
Jackson, who took over as chairman in 2008, sold the shares at an average price of 80.00p each, for a total value of £400,000.

Back in June, Access Intelligence said that its underlying business had "performed well" through the volatility seen in the first half of 2020 but opted not to issue any forward guidance as a result of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

AI expects total revenues to be up over 50% year-on-year to £9.4m for the half.

As of 1630 GMT, Access Intelligence shares were flat at 87.50p.
