LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - The Pebble Group revealed on Wednesday that chief financial officer Claire Thomson has acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed promotional products provider.
Thomson, who took over as CFO back in 2012, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 90.0p each, for a total transaction value of ?45,000.

Back in January, Pebble Group updated the market on the year ended 31 December, reporting that they expected the group's results to be in line with expectations.

The firm said it maintained "good momentum" since its successful initial public offering and admission to trading on AIM on 5 December, with the board saying it was looking at 2020 "positively".

As of 1635 BST, Pebble Group shares had shot up 9.04% to 102.50p.
