LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Team revealed on Thursday that chairman Jonathan Clubb had acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed asset manager.
Clubb, who joined Team in October 2019, purchased the shares at an average price of 77.0p each, for a total price of £19,250.

Following the transaction, Clubb now holds 3.43m ordinary shares in the company, representing 19.8% of Team's issued share capital.

As of 1625 BST, Team shares were up 2.60% at 79.0p.
