(Sharecast News) - Closed-end investment company Digital 9 Infrastructure, which has been implementing a managed wind-down of the company for the past 18 months, reported reported "strong progress" in its plans as losses narrowed significantly in the first half.

Digital 9 repays credit facility after selling SeaEdge UK1

(Sharecast News) - Digital 9 Infrastructure announced on Wednesday that it has completed the sale of its SeaEdge UK1 asset to Stellium Datacenters for £10.7m, using the proceeds to fully repay and cancel its revolving credit facility.
