LONDON (ShareCast) - Euromoney Institutional Investor, the business-to-business media group, announced Tuesday that its Managing Director of the Training division reduced his interest in the company by half.
On behalf of his wife, Daniel Cohen sold 20,000 shares at a trade value of 1,282.00p. The £256,400 disposal lowered his holding to 19,490 shares.
Meanwhile, XP Power Chairman Larry Tracey and Non-Executive Director James Peters have both once again reduced their holdings on the company, selling 20,000 shares each at 1,700p a piece, with each transaction generating a total of £340,000.
The deals come after Tracey last week disposed of 75,000 shares and Peters traded in 62,475.
