(Sharecast News) - JPMorgan Cazenove downgraded Premier Inn owner Whitbread on Friday to 'neutral' from 'overweight' and slashed the price target to 3,000p from 4,400p as it took a look at European hotel stocks.

(Sharecast News) - London equities ended Thursday in positive territory, with investors buoyed by weaker-than-expected UK growth data that bolstered expectations of a potential interest rate cut by the Bank of England next month.

Whitbread UK sales rise slightly; Holds FY guidance

(Sharecast News) - Premier Inn owner Whitbread held full year guidance and said UK accommodation sales in the Christmas/New Year period were up 2%, while hotels in Germany also performed strongly.
