LONDON (ShareCast) - Elizabeth Gooch, the acting Chief Executive Officer of eg solutions has traded in a total of 1.21m shares at 52p each, the software company said on Wednesday.

Of these, 120,000 were acquired by the company's former Chairman, Rodney Baker-Bates, and a further 60,000 by Mark Brady, a non-executive director.

Following the £629.200 transaction, Gooch now holds 5.3m shares, equal to 32.2% of the issued share capital of the AIM-listed firm.

The disposal comes one month after the group posted an upbeat trading statement, in which it said it expected revenues for the first half of the year to be ahead of the same period the prior year, and that its financial performance for the full year will be ahead of its own expectations.
