LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - The new non-executive director at BlackRock Income Strategies Trust bought his first shares in the company on Tuesday.
Julian Sinclair purchased 36,200 for an individual price of 137.55p, spending a total of £49,793.

Sinclair joined the board on Tuesday as non-executive director and will also serve as a member of the company's audit and management engagement committees and nomination committee.

Chairman James Long said: "We are delighted that Mr Sinclair has decided to join the board of directors and believe that his experience in multi-asset investing will be of significant benefit.
