LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Shopping centre owner Hammerson said on Friday that James Lenton plans to step down as chief financial officer.
A search for Lenton's successor has kicked off and he will stay on as CFO and as an executive director until his successor has joined.
Chief executive officer Rita-Rose Gagné said: "James was instrumental in navigating and conducting the rights issue and VIA Outlets disposal. I am grateful for his support and commitment to continue until his successor joins. We wish him well for the future."
